Another year has come and gone.\u00a0 We faced many challenges this year, but we also had many successes.\u00a0 I’d like to thank\u00a0the executive and all of our committees,\u00a0for without\u00a0your hard work and dedication,\u00a0we\u00a0simply\u00a0wouldn’t have\u00a0arrived to where we are now.\u00a0 I’d also like to thank all of our members for their dedication and patience; some things take longer than others, but rest assured that we are doing our best to ensure that our contracts are adhered to and that we retain the best working conditions possible.\u00a0 Looking forward to 2017, there still remain several challenges to overcome and new ones that will surely arise.\u00a0 We will continue to work together and ensure that our members’ best interests are always at the forefront of our objectives.<\/p>\n

Une ann\u00e9e s’ach\u00e8ve<\/span>, une autre commence<\/span>. Nous avons fait face \u00e0 de nombreux d\u00e9fis cette ann\u00e9e, mais nous avons \u00e9galement eu beaucoup de succ\u00e8s. Je tiens \u00e0 remercier le comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif et tous nos comit\u00e9s, car sans votre travail et votre d\u00e9vouement, nous n’aurions tout simplement pas pu arriver l\u00e0 o\u00f9 nous en sommes maintenant. Je voudrais \u00e9galement remercier tous nos membres pour leur d\u00e9vouement et leur patience; Certaines choses prennent plus de temps que d’autres, mais soyez assur\u00e9s que nous faisons de notre mieux pour nous assurer que nos contrats sont respect\u00e9s et que nous conservons les meilleures conditions de travail possibles. Dans l’attente de 2017, il reste encore plusieurs d\u00e9fis \u00e0 surmonter et de nouveaux\u00a0d\u00e9fis qui surgiront s\u00fbrement. Nous continuerons de travailler ensemble et de veiller \u00e0 ce que l’int\u00e9r\u00eat sup\u00e9rieur de nos membres soit toujours \u00e0 l’avant-plan de nos objectifs.<\/p>\n
